Participation Conditions

CONDIZIONI GENERALI PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE AL CORSO DI FORMAZIONE

Confirmation: the participation on the training is automatically confirmed after the receipt of the payment of the account indicated in the proforma invoice, which must be settled within 3 (three) working days after the issue of the proforma invoice. The balance becomes due 10 working days before training date.

Change of the participation date: In the case that the participant must change for whatever reason the already confirmed participation date, he must require by e-mail the change of the date within 4 (four) weeks before the confirmed training date. The change of the date in anyway imply the payment as described here above. The new date must be agreed within 14 days after communication and the training must be hold not later than 6 (six) months after communication receipt. IB Tronic reserves the right to require a one-off fee of € 100,00 + VAT (hundred) for administration costs.

Training time: The training starts every day at 09.30 a.m. and finish at 05.30 p.m. A lunch break is planned from 12.30 to 14.00 p.m. and two “Coffee Breaks” during the day. In the case that the participant is in delay, the time lost will not be recovered.

Note: Eventual exceptions or variations as described here above could be agreed from case to case and only in writing
